We source fresh blooms daily to ensure your tribute remains dignified throughout the service. Because each arrangement is handcrafted and unique, slight variations from the website photos are natural and expected.

No-Refund Policy

All sales at FAFAGRAM are final. Once an order is confirmed and the floral arrangement is in production or has been dispatched, we do not offer monetary refunds. This is due to the custom and perishable nature of our products.

Replacement & Resolution

Your satisfaction matters to us. In the rare event of a verified quality issue (e.g., significant wilting upon delivery) or an error on our part (e.g., incorrect message card), please follow these steps:

Report Immediately

Provide Proof

Send a clear photo of the arrangement and the issue.

Our Solution

If the issue is verified, we will arrange for a one-to-one replacement or provide a service credit for your next purchase (e.g., for a Grand Opening Stand).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be requested at least within our business hours before the scheduled delivery date. Once the flowers are cut and the arrangement has started, cancellations will not be accepted.
