By accessing our website and purchasing our premium floral arrangements, including sympathy tributes, grand opening stands, and boutique bouquets, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. FAFAGRAM is a registered floral studio dedicated to providing professional flower delivery services across the Klang Valley area.
Order Acceptance & Fulfillment
Right to Decline
FAFAGRAM reserves the right to decline or cancel any order due to limited product availability, pricing errors, or delivery locations that fall outside our designated coverage area in the Klang Valley.
Order Fulfillment
In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill an accepted order, a full refund will be processed and issued promptly to the customer’s original payment method.
Last-Minute Orders
Our delivery operations start at 10:00 AM daily. To qualify for same-day delivery, orders must be successfully placed and paid for before our daily cut-off time of 3:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the following day.
Customer & Recipient Information
Accuracy of Details
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including the sender’s contact details and the exact delivery address (e.g., specific memorial hall room or home address). FAFAGRAM is not liable for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
Data Privacy (PDPA Compliant)
We highly respect your privacy. Personal data collected during checkout is used strictly for order processing, delivery coordination, and essential service updates. We do not sell or share your personal information with unauthorized third parties.

To ensure a secure and seamless transaction, we accept FPX Online Banking, major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa/Mastercard), and selected E-wallets.

We source premium blooms daily to ensure that every arrangement meets our high aesthetic standards.
Natural Variations
As flowers are natural products, slight variations in color, size, and blooming stages may occur. We guarantee that the overall aesthetic, style, and volume will closely match the product photos.
Substitutions
Due to seasonal availability, specific flowers or materials (such as wrappers or stands) may be temporarily unavailable. In such cases, FAFAGRAM reserves the right to substitute them with items of equal or greater value, ensuring the dignity and overall look of the arrangement remain uncompromised.
Delivery Policy
Priority Deliveries
We understand the time-sensitive nature of condolence and sympathy flowers, and we prioritize deliveries to funeral parlours and memorial centers across the Klang Valley.
Delivery Notifications
Once the arrangement has been successfully delivered, we will strive to update the order status. Please note that exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic or weather conditions, but we will ensure delivery within the selected date.
Cancellation & Replacement
Cancellation Timeframe
Any request to cancel an order must be made at least within our business hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund, as the floral preparation process would have already commenced.
Quality Concerns
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, any concerns regarding the quality of the arrangement must be reported to us within 2 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence. While we do not offer monetary refunds for delivered goods, we will arrange for a replacement if the quality issue is verified by our team.
Intellectual Property & Message Content
Message Accuracy
Customers are fully responsible for the content and spelling (including names, titles, and condolence messages) printed on the message cards or floral banners. FAFAGRAM is not liable for typographical errors submitted by the customer.
